My name is Olesya Vellend. I am a gynecologist.
I completed my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the East Tallinn Central Hospital and have been working as a gynecologist since 2009.
My main hobby is my specialty – gynecology and everything related to it. For example, yoga. I am convinced that certain asanas can significantly affect a woman’s health, vitality and fertility. In my free time, I like to do handicrafts. One of my favorite hobbies is playing tennis. I get my energy from the nature of our beautiful homeland, where I spend all my free weekends with my family.
Advanced training
I am constantly improving my skills at professional conferences and practical classes in laparoscopic surgery. I regularly participate in advanced training courses for gynecologists. I have improved my qualifications in Sweden, Russia, Finland and Spain.

Unique, strong and sensitive. Your body holds the rhythm of life, inside you beats knowledge that only a woman can understand. You grow, change and learn to know yourself more deeply with each stage of life. Each day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities to take care of yourself - yourself, your body and your well-being. Being a woman means being able to listen to your body - its silent signals, needs and changes. It is the courage to ask for help when you need it and the wisdom to seek answers that will help your health and balance. We are here to listen, support and understand. Because your health is more than just diagnoses or tests - it is your life, your well-being and your right to feel confident in any situation. You are a woman. And that means that you have the right to be cared for at every stage of your life.
